Ingredients
- 1 can (about 200g drained) canned sea snails
- 1 cup corn kernels
- ½ cup mixed nuts or seeds
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey

Drain the canned sea snails and rinse under cold water. Slice any large pieces into bite-size chunks and pat dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp honey until smooth. Taste and adjust with a pinch of salt if needed.
