Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 200g drained) canned sea snails
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup mixed nuts or seeds
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1

Drain the canned sea snails and rinse under cold water. Slice any large pieces into bite-size chunks and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp honey until smooth. Taste and adjust with a pinch of salt if needed.

  3. 3

Add the prepared sea snails, 1 cup corn kernels, and 0.5 cup mixed nuts or seeds to the bowl. Toss everything until well coated in the dressing.

  4. 4

Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for a cooler salad. Garnish with extra nuts or sesame seeds if you like.

  5. 5

Enjoy as a side dish or over rice for a quick meal.
