Ingredients
- 4 oz smoked salmon or gravlax
- 6 oz Swedish meatballs or herring in cream sauce
- 3 oz aged cheddar or creamy Västerbotten cheese
- 4 slices pumpernickel or rye bread
- ½ cup pickled cucumber or lingonberry jam
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
