- 3 oz gravlax or cured salmon
- 3 oz sliced cured ham or prosciutto
- 3 oz Swedish hard cheese (västerbotten or emmental)
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- ½ cup pickled cucumber (agurk) or cornichons
- ¼ cup fresh dill
