Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek or chili paste
- ½ whole fresh lime
- 2 whole garlic cloves, minced

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, sambal, juice from half a lime, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
