Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 medium potatoes
- ½ cup green peas
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups oil
- ¼ cup green chutney
- ¼ cup red chutney
