Ingredients
- 4 cups beef broth
- 6 oz beef kielbasa or summer sausage, sliced into half-moons
- 4 oz deli ham or smoked pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- ½ cup cornichons or pickles, sliced (plus 2 tbsp brine)
- ½ cup sour cream

Heat broth in a large pot over medium-high until steam rises, about 2 minutes.
