Ingredients
- 6 cups beef broth
- 8 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or similar), sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 4 oz deli ham, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- ½ cup pitted green or mixed olives, halved
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup sour cream, for serving
