Ingredients
- 1 whole (shredded) rotisserie chicken
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups (dry) egg noodles
- 1 can (14 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 medium carrot, peeled
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Slice carrot into thin rounds and add to boiling broth with tomatoes.
