Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- 1
On a clean surface, make a mound with the 2 cups flour and 0.5 tsp salt. Create a well in the center and crack the 3 eggs into it.
- 2
Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a shaggy dough forms. Add the 2 tbsp water if needed to bring it together.
- 3
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 4
Divide the dough in half. Roll each half very thin, about 1/16 inch thick, on a floured surface.
- 5
Cut into squares or circles, place a spoonful of your favorite filling on half, top with another piece, and press edges with a fork to seal. Boil for 3-4 minutes until they float.
