Ramyeon with Fried Egg & Kimchi

Ingredients
- 2 packages ramyeon packages (Korean instant noodles)
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- ¾ cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
Instructions

Boil 4 cups water in a pot over high heat until rolling, about 4 minutes.

Add ramyeon packages and noodle seasoning packets, stirring to break up noodles. Boil 3 minutes.

Stir in gochujang until dissolved and smooth, then add chopped kimchi. Divide between two bowls.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Crack both eggs into the pan.

Fry eggs 3–4 minutes until whites set but yolks still jiggle when shaken.

Slide one fried egg onto each bowl of ramyeon. Serve immediately.
