Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- ½ pound ground beef
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt

Cook the 2 packages ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain and let cool slightly. Discard the seasoning packets or save for another use.

In a bowl, mix the 0.5 pound ground beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 0.5 teaspoon salt. Form into 2 patties.

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Divide the cooked noodles into 4 equal piles. Press each pile into a flat bun shape. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Cook the noodle buns until golden and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Assemble the burgers: place a noodle bun on a plate, top with a lettuce leaf, a beef patty, and another noodle bun. Serve immediately.
