- 4 cups whole milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ghee

Pour the 4 cups whole milk into a heavy-bottomed pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring frequently, until the milk reduces by half and thickens slightly, about 15 minutes. The milk should coat the back of a spoon.

Stir in the 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp ghee, mixing until the sugar dissolves completely, about 1 minute. The rabri should be thick and creamy.
