Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup mixed olives
  • ½ cup feta cheese

    In a large bowl, combine the 2 cups cooked quinoa, 2 cups mixed greens, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, and 1/2 cup mixed olives.
