Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked pulled pork
  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 whole soft sandwich buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup pickled onions or red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)

Instructions

    Warm pulled pork and barbecue sauce in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming, ~4 minutes.

    Lightly toast buns cut-side down in the skillet or in a toaster until edges are golden.
