Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked pulled pork
  • 3 count slider buns or small dinner rolls
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh salsa
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Heat pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a skillet over medium for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until warmed through.

    Butter the cut sides of slider buns and toast them face-down in a dry skillet until golden, about 90 seconds per side.

    Spoon pulled pork onto the bottom half of each bun, top with a dollop of salsa, then cap with the top bun.
