Ingredients

  • 1 cup pulled pork, cooked
  • 3 count slider buns
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • ½ tsp hot sauce

Instructions

    Whisk mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, and hot sauce together in a bowl until smooth.

    Warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming, about 3 minutes.

    Toast slider buns cut-side down in the same skillet until golden, 60 seconds per side.

    Spread comeback sauce on each bun bottom, pile warm pork on top, and cap with the bun lid.
