Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs shredded pulled pork (rotisserie or canned)
  • 12 count slider buns (Hawaiian or potato rolls)
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's or similar)
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices

Instructions

    Toast slider bun halves in a skillet over medium heat, butter-side down, until golden, ~90 seconds.

    Heat pulled pork in a bowl or the same skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, ~4 minutes.

    Stir BBQ sauce and hot sauce into the warm pork until evenly coated.

    Spoon pork onto the bottom half of each toasted bun.

    Top each slider with 2–3 pickle slices and the bun top.
