Pulled Pork Sliders with Quick Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cooked pulled pork
  • 3 count slider buns or small dinner rolls
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 cups coleslaw mix (bagged or shredded cabbage)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill pickle chips

Instructions

    Toss coleslaw mix with mayo until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.

    Warm pulled pork in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, ~3 minutes.

    Stir barbecue sauce into the pork until well coated. Remove from heat.

    Lightly toast slider buns cut-side down in the same skillet, ~1 minute, until edges are golden.

    Divide pulled pork among bun bottoms. Top each with a scoop of slaw and a few pickle chips.
