Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Pulled pork, cooked
  • 6 whole Slider buns
  • ¾ cup Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup Barbecue sauce
  • 6 whole Pickle spears
  • 1 tbsp Butter, softened

Instructions

    Warm pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a skillet over medium heat until steaming, about 3 minutes.

    Lightly butter the insides of slider buns and toast them face-down in a dry skillet until golden, 60–90 seconds per side.

    Divide warm pork among the six bun bottoms, top each with a heaping spoonful of coleslaw.

    Cover each slider with a bun top and tuck a pickle spear alongside.

    Serve immediately, three sliders per person.
