Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork, store-bought
  • 6 count slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup microgreens

Instructions

    Heat pulled pork in a skillet over medium for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm throughout.

    Toss coleslaw mix with 0.25 cup BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl until coated.

    Lightly toast slider buns in the skillet for 30 seconds per side until golden.

    Spread remaining BBQ sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

    Layer pulled pork, then crispy slaw, then a small handful of microgreens on each slider.
