Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork, cooked
  • 6 buns slider buns
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage
  • 1 lb french fries, frozen or fresh-cut
  • ½ cup pickle slices

Instructions

    Heat pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through, ~4 minutes.

    Toast slider buns in a toaster or on a dry skillet until lightly golden, ~2 minutes.

    Toss coleslaw mix with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of vinegar to soften slightly, ~1 minute.

    Cook french fries according to package directions (oven, air fryer, or pan-fried) until crispy and golden.

    Build each slider: bottom bun, layer of warm pork, pinch of coleslaw, pickles on top, and bun lid.

    Serve sliders warm alongside fries and extra pickle slices on the side.
