Ingredients

  • 2 cups pulled pork, cooked
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 whole soft sandwich buns
  • ¾ cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened (optional)

Instructions

    Warm pulled pork with barbecue sauce in a skillet over medium, stirring occasionally, until steaming, ~3 minutes.

    Lightly butter the inside of both buns if desired, then toast them cut-side down in the skillet until golden, ~1 minute.

    Heap warm pulled pork onto the bottom bun, then top with coleslaw and pickles.

  4. 4

    Close the sandwich with the top bun and serve immediately.
