- 1 loaf ciabatta or crusty bread
- 4 oz prosciutto
- ¼ cup pesto
- ¼ cup pistachios
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Slice the 1 loaf of ciabatta in half lengthwise. Drizzle the cut sides with 1 tbsp olive oil and toast in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
