Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 3 whole green onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 16 oz crescent roll dough (2 cans)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ground pork in a skillet over medium-high, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.

Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, ~30 seconds. Add brown sugar and soy sauce; stir until caramelized, ~2 minutes.

Chop 2 green onions and fold into the filling. Cool for 1 minute.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon 1 tbsp filling onto each triangle, roll tightly from wide end.

Place buns seam-side down on a sheet pan. Brush with water and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
