- 1.5 cups, chopped char siu pork (rotisserie or canned)
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1 whole egg yolk (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
