Ingredients
- 8 buns frozen bao buns (or frozen steamed bun dough)
- ½ lb ground pork
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 stalks scallion, sliced

Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, ~5 minutes.

Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir and simmer 2 minutes until sauce coats the meat.
