Ingredients
- 1 batch (or 2 naan) pizza dough or flatbread (store-bought or premade)
- ¾ cup diced ham
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 0.5-inch chunks
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, torn (optional, for serving)

Preheat oven to 450°F. If using dough, pat or stretch it into a thin round on a sheet pan. Brush lightly with oil.

Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 0.5-inch border for the crust. Top with mozzarella.
