Ingredients
- 6 oz ground pork
- 3 tbsp black bean paste (jajang)
- ½ medium onion, diced
- 1 medium potato, diced small
- 8 oz fresh ramen or wheat noodles
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Boil salted water in a pot. Add noodles and cook until al dente, ~4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Brown ground pork, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
