Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- 4 cups chicken or pork broth
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 6 oz dried rice noodles (banh hoa or tapioca noodles)
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced (any type)
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- ¼ cup green onion, chopped

Heat a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high. Add ground pork and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, ~5 minutes.
