- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 leaves bay leaves
- 1 cup water
