Ingredients
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp basil

In a medium pot, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Slowly whisk in 1 cup polenta, reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring often, until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.

While polenta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add 1 pound ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Stir 2 cups marinara sauce into the beef and simmer until heated through, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Spoon the polenta onto plates, top with the meat sauce, and garnish with 2 tbsp parsley and 2 tbsp basil.
