Ingredients

  • 4 nests store-bought meringue nests
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

    Pour heavy cream into a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk for 90 seconds until soft peaks form.

    Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Whip for 30 seconds until smooth and holds stiff peaks.
