Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 8 oz whole milk
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt

Brew 2 shots of espresso (or 1 shot if using a small cup) directly into a ceramic mug.

Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium-high until steaming, ~2 minutes. Watch for wisps of steam—do not boil.

Pour milk into a frothing pitcher and froth by plunging a milk frother up and down until foam rises to the pitcher rim, ~30 seconds.

Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon, then top with 0.5 inch of microfoam.
