Ingredients

  • 2 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 10 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp sugar

Instructions

    Pull or brew 2 oz of espresso (or strong coffee) into a ceramic cup.

    Heat 10 oz of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, ~2 minutes.

    Whisk the hot milk vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy bubbles form on top.

    Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.

    Top with a layer of milk foam and a pinch of sugar if desired.
