Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • ¾ cup pecans
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or nonstick spray.

  2. 2

In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tbsp corn syrup. Cook, stirring, until smooth and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

Pour the caramel sauce into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup pecans evenly over the sauce.

  4. 4

Separate the 1 can of biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Toss the pieces with 1 tsp cinnamon.

  5. 5

Arrange the dough pieces over the pecans in the pan, spacing them slightly apart.

  6. 6

Bake for 18-22 minutes, until the buns are golden brown and puffed. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate.

  7. 7

Serve warm, spooning any extra caramel from the pan over the top.
