Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry sheet
- 2 medium pears
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the 1 puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet and prick it all over with a fork.
