- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside. Roll out the 1 lb pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch round.

Transfer dough to a piece of parchment paper. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Thinly slice the 2 pears (about 1/8 inch thick) and arrange them over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Crumble the 4 oz blue cheese evenly over the pears.

Slide the parchment with the pizza onto the hot stone or baking sheet. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 12-15 minutes.
