Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup peanuts
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt until combined.
- 2
In a separate bowl, beat the 1 egg, then whisk in the 1 cup milk and 1 tablespoon of the honey until smooth.
- 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined; the batter should be lumpy. Fold in the 1/2 cup peanuts.
