Ingredients

  • 8 oz pretzel chunks (about 2 cups, bite-sized)
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or neutral oil)
  • ¼ tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

    Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second pulses, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

    Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate until fully combined and glossy.

    Add pretzel chunks to the chocolate mixture. Fold gently with a spatula until every piece is coated.
