Ingredients

  • 10 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
  • ¾ cup roasted almonds, pistachios, or mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
  • ½ cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots), chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. 1

Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.

  2. 2

Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  3. 3

Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into a thin, even layer with an offset spatula.

  4. 4

Scatter chopped nuts and dried fruit evenly over the chocolate while still warm.

  5. 5

Sprinkle fleur de sel across the entire surface and press gently so toppings adhere.

  6. 6

Refrigerate uncovered for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm and breaks cleanly.

  7. 7

Lift bark onto a cutting board using the parchment overhang and break into large, jagged shards.

  8. 8

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
