Ingredients
- 10 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup roasted almonds, pistachios, or mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- ½ tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
- ½ cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots), chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions
- 1
Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.

- 3
Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into a thin, even layer with an offset spatula.
- 4
Scatter chopped nuts and dried fruit evenly over the chocolate while still warm.
- 5
Sprinkle fleur de sel across the entire surface and press gently so toppings adhere.
- 6
Refrigerate uncovered for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm and breaks cleanly.
- 7
Lift bark onto a cutting board using the parchment overhang and break into large, jagged shards.
- 8
