Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
  • 1.5 cups pretzels, roughly crushed
  • ¾ cup peanut brittle, broken into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
  • ½ tbsp butter

Instructions

    Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Break chocolate into chunks and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

    Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Stir in butter.

    Pour melted chocolate onto the lined pan and spread into a thin, even layer about 1/8-inch thick.

    Scatter crushed pretzels and peanut brittle pieces evenly over the chocolate. Sprinkle with salt.

    Chill in the freezer until chocolate is solid and snaps cleanly, 5–7 minutes. Break into shards and serve.
