Ingredients
- 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
- 1.5 cups pretzels, roughly crushed
- ¾ cup peanut brittle, broken into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ tsp fleur de sel or coarse sea salt
- ½ tbsp butter

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Break chocolate into chunks and place in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth. Stir in butter.

Pour melted chocolate onto the lined pan and spread into a thin, even layer about 1/8-inch thick.

Scatter crushed pretzels and peanut brittle pieces evenly over the chocolate. Sprinkle with salt.
