  • 1 sheet (about 9x10 inches) puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 2 medium, sliced fresh peaches (or frozen, thawed)
  • ½ cup mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ egg egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Toss peach slices and berries with sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until coated.

    Unroll puff pastry on the sheet pan. Arrange fruit down the center, leaving 1.5 inches on each side.
