- 1 hoagie roll
- 1 cup french fries
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread the 1 cup french fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.

While fries bake, warm the 1 cup beef broth in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, about 5 minutes. Keep warm for au jus.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the 0.5 lb pastrami and cook until heated through and edges are slightly crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
