Ingredients

  • 20 pieces papdi (crispy flour crackers)
  • 1 medium potato (boiled and diced)
  • ½ cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)

Instructions

    Arrange the 20 papdi on a serving plate, slightly overlapping.

    In a small bowl, mix the 1 diced boiled potato and 0.5 cup chickpeas with a pinch of salt and a pinch of chaat masala (or cumin) if you have it.

    Spoon the potato-chickpea mixture evenly over the papdi.

    Drizzle with 0.5 cup yogurt and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney.

    Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander and a few green chili slices or seeds (like pumpkin or sesame) if you like. Serve immediately.
