Kachori Chaat

Ingredients
- 4 whole kachori
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 medium boiled potato
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- ¼ cup red onion

Coarsely mash the 1 cup cooked chickpeas with a fork, then mix in a pinch of salt and a pinch of chaat masala or cumin if you have it. Set aside.

Crush the 4 kachoris onto a plate into bite-size pieces. Top with the mashed chickpeas and the 1 diced boiled potato.

Dollop the 1/2 cup yogurt over the top, then drizzle with the 2 tbsp green chutney.

Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup chopped red onion and a handful of fresh cilantro. Add sev or crushed papdi for crunch if you like.
