Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups tapioca starch
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 2 whole large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan or Minas cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or lightly oil it.

    Combine milk, eggs, and olive oil in a bowl, then whisk until smooth.

    Add tapioca starch, cheese, and salt to the wet mix, stirring until a thick dough forms.

    Scoop dough into golf-ball-sized portions and arrange on the sheet pan.
