Ingredients

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon pandan extract
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1

In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon pandan extract, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until the color is even and green.

  2. 2

Add 1 cup of the shredded coconut and stir until the mixture comes together into a thick, sticky dough that holds its shape when pressed.

  3. 3

Using your hands, roll the mixture into 12 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter, pressing firmly so they stay together.

  4. 4

Place the remaining 1/2 cup shredded coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in the coconut to coat evenly, then serve or store in an airtight container.
