Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles or ramen noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium carrot, sliced into thin matchsticks
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 medium tomato, sliced thin
