Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ medium onion, finely minced
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ½ cup lingonberry jam or red currant jelly
- ½ cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp white vinegar

Mix ground pork, minced onion, flour, egg, milk, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Wet your hands and form mixture into 12–16 meatballs, each about 1.5 inches across.

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, ~90 seconds.

Add meatballs in a single layer and cook 4–5 minutes without moving, until golden brown on the bottom.

Shake the pan and roll meatballs over. Cook another 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
