Ingredients
- 400 g kaymak (clotted cream), cold or at room temperature
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Cut kaymak into 4 thick slices or 8 bite-sized chunks. Pat dry with paper towels.

Heat butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it foams and smells nutty, ~90 seconds.

Gently lay kaymak pieces into the hot butter without crowding. Fry 2 minutes per side until golden-brown and crispy at the edges.

Transfer kaymak to a serving plate. Pour the warm honey over the top.

Scatter walnuts and a pinch of salt and cinnamon over the honey. Serve immediately while still warm and melting.
